Agree, opening times are surely a drop in the ocean in terms of savings, but if we have to suffer a change, I will vote with the option 4 as outlined

I think that it is very good for schools to offer work experience for pupils, so they get an understanding of what the work world offers. I must say that it is superb for companies and businesses taking on pupils and showing them what that job requires. I do hope that there will be more joy for the next set of year 10s.

Disgraceful, no matter what needed doing to the High Street, this could have waited. I have been down there several times this week and I think it is appalling. Am I correct in thinking this is just one in a long line of such public examples of wasting taxpayer’s money – local or national?
